Our client connect with Excelra for a robust, high-throughput pipeline within their cloud environment for immune repertoire data analysis. The pipeline needed to efficiently process hundreds of millions of reads, be scalable for diverse data, and offer customized processing options and visualizations for comprehensive analysis.
Our approach
Ensuring reproducible and scalable analysis, we employed the Snakemake workflow manager to construct the pipeline. Leveraging unique methodologies, we increased data analysis throughput, efficiently processing vast datasets. Our tailored workflow generated easily understandable reports, aiding in the discovery of novel antibodies via biopanning, enhancing clone enrichment analysis across multiple binding rounds.
