Title : Leveraging the power of bioinformatics to integrate immune checkpoint inhibitors and drug combinations with CDx

Challenges in Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor (ICI) therapy: Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have transformed cancer treatment by targeting proteins that inhibit the immune system’s attack on tumour cells. However, a significant proportion of patients do not respond due to variable response rates and resistance to ICI therapy. Combining ICIs (e.g., anti-PD1, anti-PDL1, anti-CTLA4) with other therapies like targeted treatments or chemotherapy contributes to enhancing therapeutic efficacy, mitigating adverse events, and overcoming resistance.

Leveraging bioinformatics and advanced data analytics to identify response biomarker signatures and for patient stratification: We utilized big data, sophisticated bioinformatics tools, and advanced machine learning methods to identify novel and effective drug combinations with ICIs, and associated response biomarker signatures to develop precise patient stratification recommendations.
